William E. Worley

WILLIAM E. WORLEY, 77, of Lewisburg, Ohio, died Sunday, December 11, 2011 at his home. He was born on October 2, 1934 in Loudon County, Tennessee, son of the late William Walker & Martha Angeline (Burton) Worley. William was a maintenance worker for Lewisburg Container in Lewisburg for 29 ½ years and worked at Marble Cliff Quarry of Lewisburg for 17 years.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Larry Worley; brothers, Albert and Sam Worley; sisters, Louise Lienthanel and Lillie Bruns; grandson, Duane Sease.

William is survived by his wife of 56 years, Janet L. (Evans) Worley; sons and daughters-in-law, Eddie & Mary Worley of New Madison, Ohio, Jerry Worley of Eaton, Ohio, Danny Worley of Dover, Florida and Roger & Crystal Worley of Lewisburg; daughters, Idella Lewis of Lewisburg and Alison Graham of Brookville, Ohio; brothers and sisters-in-law, James Worley of Union City, Ohio, John Worley, Greenville, Ohio and Ralph & Elaine Worley of Las Vegas, Nevada; sisters and brothers-in-law, Daisy & Glen Pemberton of West Alexandria, Ohio and Angie & James Ayers of Florida; twenty-eight grandchildren and thirty-four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at 8:00 pm, Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. George Pennington officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
