William T. "Billy" Daugherty, II

William T. “Billy” Daugherty, II, 63, of Eldorado, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on August 25, 1961 in Richmond, Indiana, he was the son of the late William T. "Bill" & Betty Lou (Carroll) Daugherty.

Billy was a diesel mechanic of Jarrett Trucking & Excavating in New Paris. He was a 1979 graduate of National Trail High School and loved fishing. 

Preceded in death by his Daughter: Emily Christen Daugherty in 2020, Brothers: Michael A. Daugherty in 2009, and Timothy Duane Daugherty in 2024.

Survived by his Son: Jared Daugherty; Sisters: Cynthia A. Daugherty, and Susan Begley; Sister-in-law: Misty Daugherty. 2 Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 West Main Street, New Paris, Ohio with Pastor Michael Shaeffer officiating with the services starting at 1:00 P.M. The interment will be held in Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris.
