Warren Douglas Spivey

WARREN DOUGLAS SPIVEY, age 47, of Monroe, Ohio and formerly of Eaton, Ohio, died Thursday, August 7, 2008 in Monroe, Ohio. He was born on July 16, 1961 in Neillsville, Wisconsin. He was a 1979 Eaton High School graduate and had served in the US Army. Preceded in death by his mother: Janice R. (Abrams) Spivey in 1985.

Survived by wife: Rebecca Lynn (Shumway) Spivey; Children: Nicolé N. Wilson, Meshauna L. Spivey and Christopher D. Spivey, all of Richmond, IN, Desirae L. Spivey, Fairborn, OH; Father: John Spivey, Eaton, OH; Brothers: Bryan Spivey, West Alexandria, OH, Victor Spivey of Hemet, CA; Sister: Katrina Quinn, Goshen, OH. 7 Grandchildren. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
