Wanda L. Rutherford

Wanda L. Rutherford, 75 of Eaton, Ohio died Sunday, April 22, 2018 at The Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton, OH. Born on March 29, 1943 in Booneville, Owsley County, Kentucky she was the daughter of the late Edd & Addie (Turner) Baker. Wanda retired from General Motors in Dayton, OH after over 20 years of service and she attended the Eaton Baptist Temple in Eaton. 

Preceded in death by step-son: Mark A. Rutherford in 2009; brothers: Charles Baker, Carl Baker and Clarence Baker; sisters Fannie May Owens, and Anna Ruth Mosley. 

Survived by husband of 34 years: William G. “Bill” Rutherford; daughter & son-in-law: De Rhonda & Chris Hale of Lebanon, OH; son & daughter-in-law: Michael Scott & Keri Baker of West Alexandria, OH; grandchildren: Amber Swihart and Danielle Keplinger; great grandchildren: Laylah Swihart, Dallas Carter and Colton Keplinger; sister Margie Keith of Franklin, IN and Lucy Rinck of Miamisburg, OH; brothers: Ralph Baker of Florida and Edward Baker, Jr. of Miamisburg, OH. 

Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, OH. The Celebration of Life Service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH.
