Wallace Mullins

Wallace “Pops” Mullins, 80 of Lewisburg, OH, died Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the home of his son Mark in the care of Vitas Hospice. Born on August 11, 1938 in Ten Mile, Perry County, KY, he was the son of the late Floyd & Cassie (Holliday) Mullins. Wallace retired after 37 years at Chemineer in Dayton.  

Preceded in death by his Wife of 49 years: Dorothy Shirlean (Sowder) Mullins in 2009; Son: Scott Alan Mullins in 1987; Siblings: Martha Sowder, Sophia Mullins, Roy Mullins and Lydia Faye Smith. 

Survived by Daughters: Cheryl Todd, Barbara (Phil) Handorf; Son: Mark (Kristin) Mullins; 9 Grandchildren: Joshua (Christa) Todd, Sarah (James) Jenkins, Philip Todd, Samuel (Alexandra) Mullins, Jacob (Karli) Todd, Zachariah (Emily) Mullins, Emily (Simon) Hollinger, Alex (Megan) Handorf and Eric Handorf. 5 Great Grandchildren:  Bentley Todd, Macoy Mullins, Weston Mullins, Jackson Jenkins and Elliott Mullins. Sisters: Golden Noble and Mahala Ruth New; Brother and best friend: Fred (Eva) Mullins. Several beloved nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law. 

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, July 15, 2019 at the Lewisburg Baptist Church, 608 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, OH with Pastor Winson Wagner officiating. Interment will be held in Mote Cemetery, Arcanum, Darke County, OH. Family will receive friends on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 12:00 P.M. at the church.
