TIMOTHY LEON "TIM" BOX, 35, of Eaton, Ohio, died, Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Born on October 22, 1973 in Hamilton, Ohio, son of Terry Lee & Nancy Elaine (Stevens) Box. Tim was a self-employed construction worker.

Preceded in death by father, Terry Lee Box in 1991; grandparents, Earl Box, Leon Stevens in 1986 and Billie Jane Stevens in 2009; aunt, Sue Cook in 2001.

Survived by his mother & step father, Nancy & Rusty Fugate of Eaton, Ohio; grandmother, Susie Box of West Alexandria, Ohio; son, Zachary Leon Box of Eaton, Ohio; brother, Dusty (Lori) Box of Camden, Ohio; step brother & sister-in-law, Nick & Angel Fugate of Eaton, Ohio; step sister, Angie (Brent) Fugate of Eaton, Ohio; aunts & uncles, Vicki & Kevin Lindsay of Traverse City, Michigan, Cindy & Tim Stover of Eaton, Ohio, Linda & Ken Seyfried of Loveland, Ohio, Earllene & Marty Eberharter of Columbus, Georgia, Marilyn & Mike Lutz of West Alexandria, Ohio, Jim Box of West Alexandria, Ohio, Loyd & Diane Box of Eldorado, Ohio, Carolyn & Tom Ogg of Gratis, Ohio; nieces & nephews, Dylan, Doni, Franklin, Bryson, Breanna, Wessley and Madison; numerous cousins & friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 5, 2009 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Stan Van Ausdal officiating. Interment will be held at Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, October 4, 2009 and from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday, October 5, 2009 at the funeral home.
