Thomas K. Louthan

Thomas K. Louthan, age 85, of Brookville, Ohio died on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at his residence.  Born on June 8, 1936 in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of the late, Chester F. & Dorothy May (Anderson) Louthan. 

Tom proudly served in the US Army from 1959 to 1965.  He retired from Ledex in Vandalia, Ohio after more than 40 years of service.  He loved wood working, old cars, antiques and yard work.  Member of the VFW Auxiliary Post #3288 in Brookville, Ohio.  He was an avid Ohio State University Fan.  Go Bucks.

Preceded by his father, Chester F. Louthan; mother, Dorothy May Cadenhead; sister, Judy Swank. 

Survived by his wife, Shirley L. (Dempsey) Louthan; children, Doug (Kris) Louthan and Deanna (Mike) McGriff; twin brother, Fred Louthan; grandchildren, Zachary, Matthew, Jacob (Paige), Alisha and Jesse; great grandchild, Weston. 

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ohio.  Arrangements entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N.
