Theresa Ann “Terrie” Stephen, 63, of New Madison, OH, died Friday, September 8, 2017 at Reid Health in Richmond, IN. Born on January 28, 1954 in Richmond, IN, she was the daughter of the late Irvin J. and C. Earline (Burnes) Hartman.

Preceded in death by her sister: Deborah Lynn Hartman in 1953.

Survived by her Husband of 43 years: Ronald P. Stephen; Daughters: Erin M. (Cheyenne) Abney and Gwen E. Stephen; Sister: Pamela Jo (David) Remmler; Brother: Michael Irvin (Lisa Kay) Hartman.

A casual gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 at Fort St. Clair, 175 Camden Road, Eaton, OH at Cabin 2 from 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Arrangements Entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, Eaton, OH.
