Tammy Burkhart, age 46, died Saturday, June 30, 2012 at her residence in Camden, Ohio. Tammy was born on March 31, 1966 in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of the late, Daniel Paul & Sharon (Phillips) Harp.

Preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Natasha Harp in 2012.

Survivors include her Husband, Douglas Burkhart of Camden, Ohio; Children, Kali (Mark) Marcum, Matthew (Kayla) Mitcheltree Burkhart, Carrie (Austin) Haley, Brittany Albers and Nicole Albers; Brothers and Sisters, Danny (Erica) Harp, William Harp, Connie (Floyd) Smith, Daniel Harp, Dana Harp, Roxie Callen, Christopher Callan and Saralee Callan; 3 Grandchildren.
