Sylvia Jane Hoff

Sylvia Jane Hoff, age 86 of Lewisburg, OH, died Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Otterbein at Atrium, Middletown, OH. Born on May 10, 1927 in Lewisburg, OH, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Everett Paul & Faye E. (McCabe) Trittschuh. She was a graduate of Lewisburg Union High School and Miami University in Oxford, OH and was the Owner/Operator of Sylvia's Gray Barn Antiques in Lewisburg. She was a member of the Lewisburg Garden Club, Preble County Historical Society, Preble County Humane Society and was involved with the Lewisburg Lions Club. She served as a nurse with her father, Dr. E.P. Trittschuh for many years.

Preceded in death by her Son: Wylie D. Hoff in 1998; Brother: Everett P. Trittschuh, Jr. in 1990; Sister: Mary E. Douglass in 2005.

Survivors include Son: Willard E. "Bill" (Gloria) Hoff, Franklin, OH; 3 grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, Niece and Nephew.

Public Calling will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH. Private Service and Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
