Suzann Wirrig

Suzann Wirrig, 79 of Lewisburg, Ohio, died Sunday, September 27, 2020 at her home. Born on January 11, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John M. & Suzann (Thies) Dix. Mrs. Wirrig served as a teacher's aide and had also worked in the kitchen at Tri-County North School District for 16 years. She was a member of Visitation Catholic Church in Eaton where she was a CCD teacher and member of St. Anne's Solidarity. She was also a 4-H Advisor and Girl Scouts Leader.  

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepmother; Dorothy F. (Meyer) Petkewicz Dix. 

Survived by her Husband of 59 years: Joseph R. Wirrig; Children: Doug (Debbie) Wirrig, Debbie (Greg) Goins, Timothy (Melissa) Wirrig, Patrick (Jannette) Wirrig and Steve (Stacey) Wirrig; Siblings: William (Maggie) Petkewicz, Tom (Colette) Dix, Mary Beck, Jane Dix, Helen (Fred) Damm, Bob (Vicki) Petkewicz, Ann (Arthur) Sidell, Dottie (Doug) Gibson; 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many Nieces, Nephews and friends. 

A luncheon for family and friends will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the family residence. Arrangements Entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, Lewisburg, Ohio.
