Susie S. Bayham, 82 of Lewisburg, Ohio died Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton, Ohio. Born on September 22, 1930 in Powhatan, Belmont County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Steve & Susanna (Ponchak) Kapak. Preceded in death by her husband: Russell J. Bayham in 1995; Two brothers: John Kapak and Steve Kapak and sister: Annie Kapak.

Survived by her Son & Daughter-in-law: Michael L. & Sherry L. Bayham of Lewisburg, OH; Granddaughters: Michelle (Robert) Meyer of Lewisburg, OH and Jamie (Travis) Keener of Eaton, OH; 5 great grandchildren; Sister: Mary (Henry) Stanley of Powhatan Point, OH.

Graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens – Brookville, Ohio with Pastor Daniel Gildner officiating.
