Shirley A. Ghist, 74, of Eaton, OH, died Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties, Franklin, OH. Born on October 21, 1937 in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late William & Myrtle (McBride) Cheedie. She was an Assistant Terminal Manager for TNT Overland Trucking Co. in Detroit, MI.

Preceded in death by her Husband: Edwin Ghist in 1985.

Survived by Daughters & Son-in-law: Vicki Ghist, Eaton, OH, Kelly & Bill Hawley, Clearwater, FL; Son & Daughter-in-law: Edwin (Kim) Ghist, Taylor, MI; Brother: Doug (Rose) Cheedie, Atlanta, MI; Grandchildren: Kelly, Dan, Jake, Erica, Ryan, Samatha, Mary and Rebeca, 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at St. Mark's Episcopal Church on M33 North, Atlanta, MI 49709. Inurnment will be held in Briley Township Cemetery, Atlanta, MI.
