Sandra D. (Oakley) Hopkins

Sandra D. "Sandy" (Oakley) Hopkins age 35, of Lynn, IN died Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN. She was born on April 30, 1979 in Greenville, OH. Sandra was a 1998 graduate of Richmond High School and had attended the Randolph Southern School system where she was involved with FFA and served as secretary.

Preceded in death by her grandmother: Sharon Oakley.

Survived by her parents: Ronald & Renee (Hunt) Oakley, Lynn, IN, children: Natasha Hopkins and Noah Stonebraker, grandparents: Harold & Janice Hunt, New Paris, OH, Doug Oakley, Abbyville, Alabama; several aunts & uncles including Ken (Joy) Mackey, Hagerstown, IN, cousins and a host of friends.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 West Main Street, New Paris, OH 45347. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the Journey of Life Center, 2301 Pleasant View Road, Richmond, IN 47374 with Pastor Jennifer Stonebraker officiating. Interment will be held in Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris.
