Sadie M. Steinke

SADIE M. STEINKE, age 90, of Eaton, Ohio, died Thursday, February 1, 2007 at Vancrest Health Care Center of Eaton. Born on May 7, 1916 in Farmersville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Carey E. & Veretha(Stiver) Basore. She was an Office Manager at Steinke Tractor Sales in Eaton, a 1935 Eaton High School graduate, former Club 18 member and member of Visitation Catholic Church in Eaton. Preceded in death by Husband: Ralph J. Steinke in 1995, Brother: Robert Basore in 1933. Sister: Mary Pauline Paxton in 2000.

Survived by Sons& Daughters-in-law: Donald N. & Marcia Steinke, Brookville, Ohio, Dean E. & Connie Steinke, Eaton, Ohio; Daughter & Son-in-law: Madonna K. & Tom Creager, Eaton, Ohio; Sister: Lola N. Molen, Akron, Ohio. 5 Grandchildren, 3 Step-Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and 9 Step-Great Grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 5, 2007 - 11:00 a.m. at Barnes Funeral Home - 220 East Main Street - Eaton, Ohio with Rev. J. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton. Family will receive friends on Monday, Februray 5, 2007 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
