Ruth A. Pipenger

Ruth A. (Hart) Pipenger, age 89, formerly of New Paris, Ohio died Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at Pinehurst Nursing Home in Centerville, Indiana. Born on March 28, 1916 in Union City, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Jacob O. & Mary E. (Vermillion) Hart. Ruth was a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church of New Paris, Ohio. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years: Lester T. Pipenger in 1995; Brother: Omer Hart; Niece: Joyce A. Harris in 2004.

Survived by her sister & brother-in-law: Hazel & Paul Deboo of New Paris, Ohio; Nephew: Bill Harris of Richmond, Indiana; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM (Ohio Time) on Friday, September 23, 2005 at Barnes Funeral Home - 109 West Main Street - New Paris, OH. with Rev. LaDonna Clary officiating. Interment will be in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Friday, September 23, 2005 one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
