Ruree L. Mcfall

Ruree L. McFall, age 78, of Eaton, OH, died Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN. Born on May 26, 1933 in Wheeling, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late George D. & Ellen (Eden) Walters. Ruree was a 1951 graduate of Wheeling High School, 1955 graduate of University of Cincinnati Nursing School. She was a junior instructor & nurse in Over the Rhine during school. She received her Master's Degree in Guidance & Counseling in 1974 from Miami University. She was an instructor for 1 year at the U.C. School of Nursing, taught Nursing at Reid Hospital for 3 years and St. Elizabeth Hospital for 1 year; worked for Dr. Richard Siehl and the Montgomery County Health Department. She has been active in the family business for over 30 years at McFall's Furniture in Eaton and worked for the Preble County Juvenile Court. She was a member and Elder of the First Presbyterian Church and the Current Events Club both of Eaton; A.A.U.W. National Organization.

Survived by Husband of 55 years: Francis E. McFall; Daughter & Son-In-Law: April Grace & David Christenson of Louisville, Colorado; Sons & Daughter-in-law: Bruce Daniel & Susan McFall of Cincinnati, OH and Bryan Lee McFall of Eaton, OH; Sister: Nancy Sprowls of Medina, OH and Cousin: Richard & Ann Walters of Morgantown, West Virginia; Many Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at First Presbyterian Church, 123 West Decatur Street, Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Wayne D. Morrison officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton, OH. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, OH and one hour prior to the service at the church.
