Roscoe Ray Etherington

Roscoe Ray Etherington, 62, of Lewisburg, OH, died Friday, December 18, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. He was a Preble County Farmer of Livin on Dreams Farms having farmed in Preble and Montgomery counties. A 1971 graduate of Twin Valley North High School and former member of the Darke County Farm Bureau. Preceded in death by his Father: Robert J. Etherington in 1995.

Survived by his Wife of 42 years: Sharon E. (Carroll) Etherington; Mother: Evelyn M. (Falldorf) Etherington, Lewisburg, OH; Daughter: Jessie (Shawn) McPeck, Lewisburg, OH; Son: Blake (Ashleigh) Etherington, Lewisburg, OH; Siblings: Susan Maas, FL, Fred (Jennifer) Etherington, West Alexandria, OH, Kenneth (Gloria) Etherington, Marysville, OH, Carolyn Hamblin, Lewisburg, OH, Wanda (Bob) Klinger, Eaton, OH and Janelle Etherington, TX; Mother-in-law: Dorine Carroll, Lewisburg, OH; He was a very proud grandfather known as "PA" to Walker, Keegan and Shaylee McPeck and Morgan Etherington. Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. Interment will be held in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville, OH. Family will receive friends on Monday, December 21st from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
