Rosamond E. Statzer

ROSAMOND E. STATZER, 83, of Lewisburg, Ohio died Friday, September 20, 2013 at The Hospice of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. She was born on August 1, 1930 in New Lebanon, Ohio, daughter of the late Earl & Minnie Ellen (Roehrig) Black. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, William E. Statzer in 1994; brothers, Carl McCabe Black and Donnie Black and sister, Ramona Pence.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bryan K. and Cynthia A. Statzer of Lewisburg; brother and sister-in-law, Gary L. and Diane Black of Brookville, Ohio; sister-in-law, Radonna Black of Florida; brother-in-law, Rayburn and Sandy Pence of Eaton; grandchildren, Dallas W. (Jennifer) Statzer of Lewisburg; Bradley K. (Sara) Statzer of Englewood, Ohio and Chandra R. Davidson of Lewisburg; great grandchildren, Lilly, Ella, Paityn and Corbin; nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 23, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio with the funeral service immediately following at 12:00 p.m. with Dr. Richard Donovan officiating. Interment will be held in Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria, Ohio.
