Rosalie Miller

Rosalie Miller, 62, of New Paris, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at her daughter's home in Parker City, IN. Rosalie was born on July 2, 1953 in Richmond, IN daughter of the late Tyler & Martha R. (Brown) Miller. She was a self-employed hairdresser for many years in the Richmond area.

Rosalie is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Elizabeth Vosmeier and Diaa Alghazali of Seattle, WA and Cindy and Joel Davis of Parker City, Indiana; grandson: Aaron Philbeck of Parker City, IN; Anna Philbeck; great granddaughter, brothers and sisters: Elvin (Jennifer) Miller of Homosassa, FL. Joyce (Daryl) Napier of Indianapolis, IN, Avon Miller of Centerville, IN, Johnnie (Brenda) Miller, Aline (Gerold) Dees and Ida (Charles) Shaffer all of New Paris, OH; and Henry (Cindy) Miller of Wagner, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 109 W. Main Street, New Paris, OH with Jayne Knox officiating.
