Robert Anthony Phipps

Robert Anthony Phipps, 69 of Greens Fork, Indiana, died Tuesday, October 22, 2024 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on October 1, 1955 in Russell, Greenup County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Robert Franklin and Bonnie Marie (Potter) Phipps, Jr.

Anthony was employed at Fulmer Supermarkets in Springfield, Ohio for 33 years and Save A Lot Food Stores for 10 years. He was also employed by Tampa Bay Times and the Tampa Tribune for 7 years in Clearwater, Florida

He is survived by his Partner: Lisa Kay Ramsey; Children: Paul (Amanda) Phipps, and Adam (Kelsey) Phipps; Grandsons: Eli and Jonas Phipps and Granddaughter: Rory Phipps; Sisters: Marsha (Gary) Jenkins, Cheryl (Jack) Dalie, Nancy Summers, and Brother: James (Terri) Phipps; Nieces: Tara, Hayley, Emily, Nicole, and Erin; Nephews: Jason, Eric, Daniel, Chris, and Ryan; Special Friend: Philip Paul of Plainville, Indiana and former Spouse: Mindy (Ed) Hartley. Many friends and co-workers at Fulmer’s. Anthony, you are loved and missed very, very much!

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. The Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery, Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
