Robert H. Traylor

Robert H. Traylor 89 of Camden, OH died Saturday, January 9, 2021 at his residence. Born on May 3, 1931 in Eaton, Preble County, Ohio he was the son of the late Phillip J. & Anna (Lambert) Traylor. Robert was a U.S. Army Veteran and he retired in 1993 from the Butler County Engineer’s Department after 15 years of service. He was a member of the Ohio Public Employee Retirees and Higher Heights Church of God in Camden. He enjoyed piddling around the garage. 

Preceded in death by wife of 67 years: Christine (White) Traylor in 2018; son-in-law: Larry Greene in 2019; 4 Brothers and 1 Sister.

Survived by daughters and sons-in-law: Vivian Greene of Somerville, OH; Sandra and Gary McRay of Camden, OH; Brenda LaFrance of Camden, OH; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. 

Family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street Eaton, Ohio. The Funeral Service will be held 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Mike Gentry officiating. Interment will be held at Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, Ohio with full military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard.  Memorial Contributions may be made to one’s favorite charity.  Condolences may be sent to the family via Guest Book at www.barnesfuneralhome.com
