Robert G. Newton

Robert G. Newton age 63 of Brookville, IN died Thursday on the banks of Pipe Creek in Franklin County, IN. Born on December 5, 1943 in Butler County, OH he was the son of the late Matthew & Buferd C. (Tipton) Newton. Robert had worked at Crawford Steel in Hamilton, OH and has been a self employed Truck Driver. He loved to hunt and fish and was a member of the Moose Lodge in Connersville, IN.

Preceded in death by brothers: Tracy Newton, Lloyd Newton and Belvery Newton; sisters: Zula Francis Newton and Betty Ballinger.

Survivors include sons: Robert M. Newton and Randall C. Newton both of Brookville, IN. brother: Ralph Newton of Cleves, OH. Sister: Bonnie Young of Camden, OH. 7 Grandchildren: Amber Newton, Tammy Scott, Johnnie Newton, Matt Newton, Justin Newton, Josie Newton and Randi Marie Newton; 2 Great Grandchildren: Eian Newton and Cathrine Scott.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at Nein-Barnes Funeral Home -249 North Main Street - Camden, OH with Rev. Riley Parker officiating. Interment will be held in Somerville Cemetery - Somerville, OH. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
