Robert N. Back

Robert N. Back, age 88, of Eaton, Ohio, died on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family. Born on March 12, 1936 in Middletown, Ohio, son of the late Ed & Pricie Back.

Robert graduated from Middletown High School. He owned & operated Back Construction for many years.

Preceded by his wife of 64 years, Joyce Elaine (Collins) Back in 2020; daughter, Deborah D. Back in 2015; son-in-law, Baltazar Donato; great grandsons, Devan & Declan McGriff in 2016; siblings, Clarence, Odra, Dallas, Richard, Blanche, Dorothy, Mary, and Naomie.

Survived by his daughters, Kathy Donato, Robyn (Sherman) Shope and Melanie (Tony) Root; grandchildren, Robert, Michelle, Andy, Darren, Ashley, Joshua, Lynn, Dylan, Keilah, Meghan, Josh, Dayne, Kellie, Destiny, Amanda, Jordan M., Jordan D., Carsten and Lacey; great grandchildren: Tyler, Robbie, Isla, Hagen, Nathan, Carson, Ellis, Anthony, Elliana, Eliya, Aavyn, Sawyer, Adalee, Delilah, Esther, Cooper, Ezra, Jonathan, and Emilia.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M., Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio with Pastor Todd Hoskins and Pastor Valerie McCann officiating. Interment will be held at Fairmound Cemetery in West Elkton, Ohio. Visitation is on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. prior to the service.
