Robert B. Caudill, Jr.

ROBERT B. CAUDILL, JR., 86, of Camden, Ohio, died Monday, July 27, 2009 at Heartland of Eaton. He was born on September 28, 1922 in Hamilton, Ohio, son of the late Robert B. & Katherine Marie (Houghenberger) Caudill, Sr.. He was a 1942 Dixon High School graduate and was a farmer in Israel Township his entire life. He was a WW II U.S. Army veteran. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Gordon Caudill, Hank Hinkel and Frank Hinkel; sisters, Virginia Craycraft, Maeona Wall, Lona Hendrick and Georgetta Hoel.

Survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Lois (White) Caudill; sons and daughters-in-law, Barry K. & MaryAnn Caudill of Richmond, Indiana and Bruce K. & Sharon Caudill of Springfield, Ohio; sister, Margaret "Peggy" Thobe of West College Corner, Indiana; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren; several nieces &, nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 31, 2009 at the Nein-Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street, Camden, Ohio with the family officiating. Interment with full military honors provided by the Preble County Honor Guard will be held in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden. Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 30, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
