Richard J. Furrey

RICHARD J. FURREY, 59, of Indianapolis, IN, died unexpectedly Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in Indianapolis. He was born on June 22, 1950 in Dayton, OH. He worked for Premier Credit in Indianapolis. He was a 1968 Twin Valley North High School graduate and had attended Wright State University. He had worked for 16 years as a manager at Meijers in Englewood and Indianapolis. He loved to read, work with wood and loved the computer. He was preceded in death by his Father: Joseph J. Furrey in 1999.

Survived by his wife: Jennifer (Johnson) Furrey; Mother: Margaret (Kastner) Furrey, Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Robert & Sheila Furrey, John & Pam Furrey, James Furrey, Sister: Rebecca Furrey, all of Eaton, OH; Step Children: Richard Wehrly, Tipp City, OH, Ronald Wehrly, Dayton, OH; Granddaughter: Kristin Wehrly; Mother-in-law: Gladys Weaver, Arcanum, OH. Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at the Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton with Rev. J. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. Interment will be held in Fairview Cemetery in Gratis, OH. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
