Richard J. Fraley

RICHARD J. FRALEY, age 60 of Lewisburg, Ohio, died Friday, August 4, 2006 at his residence after an extended illness. Born on December 27, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late William J. & Lucinda (Collins) Fraley. He had been an Area District Sales Manager for All-State Insurance and was the owner/operator of Erie Insurance in Richmond, Indiana; a 1963 Lewisburg - Union High School graduate and had served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. Preceded in death by Wife: Carol Ann (Woods) Fraley in 1978; Sisters: Mildred Davis and Wilma Gruller.

Survived by Daughter & Fiancée: Michele Oliver & Bessie J. Lane, Point Pleasant, West Virginia; Son: Jeff Fraley, Eaton, Ohio; Sisters: Billie Jean Eder, West Alexandria, Ohio, Ella Joan Long, West Carrollton, Ohio; 3 Grandchildren: Carrie, Destiny & Edward. Extended family: Kay Brown, Shannon Simpson and Earl Lakes.

Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg with Rev. David O. Justis officiating and full military graveside services by the Preble County Honor Guard..
