Richard E. Bower

Richard E. Bower age 72, of Lewisburg, Ohio died Saturday, November 12, 2016 at his residence. Richard was born on May 24, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Delbert E. & Esther H. (Clauss) Bower. He was a Commercial Artist and was self-employed in the restoration of cars and collectable items. He worked on many types of automobiles over the past 50 years and had sent a restored Corvette to Australia. Member of the Street Rods Association and the Dirty Dozen Street Rods Club. Preceded in death by his beloved niece: Sherry Thomas who died in 2008.

Survived by wife of 50 years: Rose M. (Cotterman) Bower; sister: Barbara Faris of Dayton, OH and brother & sister-in-law: Delbert & Ann Bower of Dayton, OH.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 18, 2016 at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, OH.
