Richard Allen Cooper

Richard Allen Cooper, 71 formerly of Eaton, Preble County, Ohio and of Tipp City, Ohio died Monday, September 27, 2021, at the Piqua Manor Nursing Home in Piqua, Ohio. He was born on September 12, 1950, and had lived in Tipp City, Ohio for the past several years where he attended church. He had worked at Miller’s Supermarket for several years in Eaton, Richmond Ambulance Service and as a maintenance man in Cincinnati. 

Preceded in death by his mother: Bette Cooper in 1988. 

Survived by his children: Tracy, Sherry, Amber and Richard, Jr.; father: Robert C. Cooper of Lima, OH; sisters: Brenda Pemberton and Anita Pierce; brothers: Jeff Cooper and Greg Cooper. A celebration of life service will be scheduled later. Barnes Funeral Home – Eaton, Ohio is assisting the family.
