Rhea Jean Heeter

Rhea Jean Heeter, age 90, of Lewisburg, OH died Saturday, September 1, 2018 in Lewisburg. Born on April 14, 1928 in Richmond, IN, she was the daughter of the late Clarence & Alma (Marshall) Sittloh. She was a 1946 Lewisburg Union High School graduate, member of Delta Theta Tau since 1948 and member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lewisburg. She served as a poll worker in Lewisburg for the Preble County Board of Elections and also worked with the Lewisburg Food Bank. 

Preceded in death by her Husband of 62 Years: Jack L. Heeter in 2009; Brother: James Sittloh and Sister: Jane Worl. 

Survived by Sons: Jim (Susan) Heeter and Jody Heeter; Grandchildren: Zachary (Kim) Heeter, Justin Heeter, Jessica Smyer, John Heeter and Julie (Bryan) Gustin; Great Grandchildren: Grant, Makayla, Elle and Frankie Ray. 

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 511 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg with Rev. David O. Justis officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce Street, Lewisburg, OH and One hour prior to service on Thursday at the church.
