Raymond J. Elliott

Raymond J. Elliott, age 87, formerly of Camden & Eaton , Ohio , died Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Matrix of Oxford. Born on January 15, 1920 in Kentucky he was the son of the late George & Millie (Fritz) Elliott. Raymond had worked in the coal mines in Virginia for 20 years and retired from Saw Mountain Paper Co. In Hamilton, OH after 30 years of service. He attended the First Baptist Church in Eaton, OH. Preceded in death by son: William Elliott, 4 brothers and 1 sister.

He is survived by wife of 69 years: Georgia Debra (Oliver) Elliott; Sons & Daughter-in-law: Roy & Tonia Elliott of Oxford, OH and James Elliott of Eaton, OH. 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2007 - 2:00 P.M. at Nein - Barnes Funeral Home - 249 N. Main Street - Camden, Ohio with Rev. Fred Hill officiating. Interment will be held in Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 29, 2007 fom 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
