Raymond F. Kennedy

Raymond F. Kennedy, age 103 of Eaton, Ohio died Monday, March 1, 2010 at Vancrest Health Care Center in Eaton, OH. Born on December 15, 1906 in College Corner, OH he was the son of the late Rayburn F. & A. Myrtle (Keller) Kennedy. Ray was a self employed small engine repairman. He ran a steam engine in road repair, worked on airplanes at Cox Airport in Dayton and Lowenstein's Furniture Store in Hamilton.

Proceeded in death by his wife: Evelyn L. (Lester) Kennedy in 1971; Son: Raymond B. "Pete" Kennedy in 1969; sister: Harriette Geraci in 2002; brothers: Edward L. Kennedy in 2001, Virgil Kennedy in 1968, Verl Kennedy in 1979, Carlyle Kennedy in 2003 and Marion Kennedy in 2003.

Survived by Nieces and Nephews: Mark & Peggy May, Jennifer Kennedy, Eunice Day and Curtis Kennedy all of Eaton, OH; Jim Kennedy and Duane Kennedy both of Texas; Norma Jean Johnson and Carol Judy both of Fountain City, IN.; Other Great Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Friday, March 5, 2010 at Nein-Barnes Funeral Home, 249 North Main Street, Camden, Ohio 45311 with Rev. Fred Hill officiating. Interment will be held in Darrtown Cemetery – Milford Township – Butler County, OH. Family will receive friends on Friday, March 5, 2010 from 11:00 to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
