Raymond C. Grooms

Raymond C. Grooms, 89, of Camden, OH, died, Monday, December 5, 2016 at his residence. Born on July 6, 1927 in Xenia, OH, he was the son of the late Walter H. & Alice (Smith) Grooms. He was a former owner/operator of a sawmill in Jamestown, OH.

Preceded in death by his Wife: Mary M. (McDufford) Grooms in 1993; Son: William David Grooms in 1968; Brother: Harold L. Grooms in 1985 and Sister: Margaret J. "Peggy" Morgan in 1993.

Survived by former wife: Norma J. Grooms; Daughter: Linda (Jim) Bailey; sons: Walter "Chip" Grooms and Raymond "Mike" Grooms; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Inurnment will take place in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia, OH at a later date. Arrangements Entrusted to Barnes Funeral Home, Eaton, OH.
