Randall S. "Randy" Osborn, age 61, of Camden, OH, died Friday, December 19, 2008 at his home in Camden. Born on March 1, 1947 in Hamilton, Ohio he was the son of the late Charles H. & Hester V. (Hoskins) Osborn. Randy retired in 2001 from the United States Postal Service in Camden after 25 years. He was a 1965 graduate of Preble Shawnee High School and was a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Vietnam era. A member of the Liberty Golf Course and DAV. Preceded in death by brothers: Larry A. Osborn in 1998 and Phillip D. Osborn in 2007.
Survived by wife of 42 years: Constance L. "Connie" (Groves) Osborn; Son & Daughter-in-law: Randall Scott (Jane) Osborn, II, Eaton, OH; Daughter & Son-in-law: Heather Lee (Jay) Johnson, Lebanon, OH; Brothers and Sister-in-law: Charles L. & Debbie Osborn, Camden, Gary B. Osborn of Florida; Sister: Sandra Ketring of San Diego, California; Sister-in-law: Kristeen Osborn, Camden, OH. Grandchildren: Jacob Scott & Nathan Daniel Osborn, Gabriel Lawton & Parker Groves Johnson. Nieces, Nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2008 at The First Southern Baptist Church - 35 North Liberty Street - Camden, Ohio with Rev. Greg F. Jackson officiating. Interment will be held in Fairmound Cemetery in West Elkton , Ohio. Family will receive friends on Monday, December 22, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Nein-Barnes Funeral Home - Camden, Ohio.
