Rachel R. Bolinger

Rachel R. Bolinger, 90, of Eaton, OH died Wednesday, January 2, 2013 in Eaton. Born on November 3, 1922 in Campton, KY, she was the daughter of the late James Harlan & Barbara O. (Hollon) Rose. Mrs. Bolinger had worked as a cook for Eaton Community Schools, retiring after 20 years of service. She was a member of the Eaton Baptist Temple.

Preceded in death by her Husband: Clive Bolinger in 1993; Brothers: Fred, Alvin & Sterling Rose; Sister: Allene Rose Ritcher; Son-in-law: Larry Walker; Granddaughter: Dawn Walker and Step-Grandsons: Kerry Morton and Jason Bruhn.

Survived by Daughters: Carolyn Walker and Teresa (Michael) Schmidt, both of Eaton, OH; Sons: Ron (Watanna) Bolinger and Michael (Jeanne) Bolinger, both of Eaton, OH and Brian (Cathy) Bolinger, Cicero, IN; Step-daughter: Linda (Dale) Morton, Middletown, OH; Grandchildren: Gary Walker, Cindy Walker, Keith Schmidt, Travis Bolinger, Julie Bolinger Busby, Lisa Bolinger Welcome, Jerret Bolinger, Johnny Brown, Chad Bolinger, Jeremy Bruhn, Lisa Morton Viel and Ron Morton; 15 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 7, 2013 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, OH with Rev. Lowell T. Spencer officiating. Interment will be held in Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton. Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 3 – 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
