Phyllis J. Miller-Bryant

PHYLLIS J. MILLER BRYANT, age 78 of Greenville (Wayne Lakes), Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2003, at Grandview Hospital in Dayton. Born on January 25, 1925, in Lewisburg, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John E. & Belvia V.(Brown) Crowe. She was a 1943 graduate of Lewisburg Union High School and was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lewisburg. She worked numerous years in the retail industry and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 0022 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; Women of the Moose-Chapter 102 in Greenville, Ohio and was very active in the League of Women Voters. Preceded in death by her first husband: Robert E. Miller in 1963; Second Husband: Carmel F. Bryant in 1996; One Brother and Eight Sisters.

Survived by Daughters & Sons-in-Law: L. Jean & David Marshall of Greenville, Ohio; Julia V. Miller & John Allison of Ann Arbor, Michigan and Mary K. & Danny Michael of New Madison, Ohio; Sons & Daughters-in-Law: James R. & Debbie Miller of Dayton, Ohio and Carl Russell & Patty Miller of Bethel, Indiana; Step-Daughters: Yvonne Steele and Kimberly Saad both of New Lebanon, Ohio; Step-Sons: Frank L. Bryant of St. Louis, Missouri and William A. Bryant of West Alexandria, Ohio; Brothers: Dewitt Crowe of New Lebanon, Ohio; James Crowe of Lewisburg, Ohio and Ohmer Lee Crowe of Camden, Ohio. Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2003 - 4:00 P.M. at the Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio with Pastor Brent Cavendish officiating. Interment will be held in Roselawn Cemetery, Lewisburg, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 8, 2003 from 2 - 4 P.M. at the funeral home.
