Peggy Lynn Hitte

Peggy Lynn Hitte, 70, of Eaton, Ohio, died Thursday, July 21, 2022 at The Drake Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born on November 24, 1951 in Knoxville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Nathan Bloss Towe & Geneva (Gibson) Horn of Lebanon, Ohio. She worked for the Miami Valley Child Development Center for the past 18 plus years and was a member of the Encounter Church of Trenton, Ohio.

Preceded in death by her Husband: Robert E. Hitte in 2021; Brothers: Tim Towe and Joel Towe; Sister: Robin Hurst; Brother-in-law: James Ashby.

Survived by Children: Stacie Hilsmier, Travis (Christy) Hitte and Justin (Rachelle) Hitte; Step-Mother: Helen Marie (Hurst) Towe; Siblings: Iva (Stan) Wells, Jeanie (Bruce) Cupp, Madeline (Greg) Hopkins, Connie (Thom) Schmidt, Nathan (Kim) Towe, Jr., Natalie Ashby, Gregory (Sarah) Towe, Phil (Becky) Towe; Sister-in-law: Wendy Towe. Grandchildren: Dalton Hilsmier, Kurtis Vickers, Austin Hitte, Jesse Hilsmier, Declan Hitte, Eliana Hitte and Kassi Cartee. Nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Stratford Heights Church of God, 4419 Nelson Rd, Middletown, OH 45042. Interment will be held in Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the church.
