Paul L. Deboo

Paul L. DeBoo, age 89, of New Paris, OH died on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Greenbriar Nursing Center in Eaton, OH. Born on November 13, 1928 in Cooper, Texas he was the son of the late Carl & Ellie (Buck) DeBoo. Paul had worked at Dana Perfect Circle in Richmond, IN for over 30 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in New Paris, Dana Camping Club, loved to play Golf, the Organ and spend time with family and friends.

Preceded in death by 1st wife: LaVerne DeBoo in 1963 and 2nd wife: Hazel May DeBoo in 2012; daughter: Joyce Harris in 2004 and sons: John and David DeBoo both in 2001; brother Robert DeBoo.

Survived by children: Linda & Nathan Taggart of New Paris; Julia & Jeff Jeans of Huber Heights, OH; Daniel & Lori DeBoo of West Alexandria, OH and Sonya & Omer Barker of Eaton, OH; sister: Jane Brawley of New Paris, OH; 18 grandchildren; over 40 great and great great grandchildren; several nieces.

Family will receive friends 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 7th 2018 at Barnes Funeral Home 109 West Main Street New Paris, Ohio

The Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 8th 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Kathy Brawley officiating. Interment to be held in Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris, OH.
