Paul E. Kalies

Paul E. Kalies, 58 of Eaton, OH died on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN. Born on April 5, 1956 in Sandusky, OH son of the late Howard E. & Mary A. (Bahnsen) Kalies. Paul was a 1974 graduate of Huron High School in Huron, OH. Paul retired in 2014 after 39 years at International Paper in Eaton, OH. Paul was an avid Cleveland Browns Fan and loved Indy Car Racing.

Survivors include his son, Andy Kalies of Eaton, OH; daughters, Angela (Bryan) Mobley of Danville, VA and Sara (Josh) Kalies of Eaton, OH; brothers, Bill (Doris) Kalies of Huron, OH and Glenn (Cindy) Kalies of Toledo, OH; sister, Cheryl (John) Kautz of Sandusky, OH; grandchildren, Dylan, Jesse, Laine, Kyden, and Penelope; girlfriend, Lillie Erisman of Eaton, OH; dear friend, Dean Weherley of Camden, OH; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 E. Main St., Eaton, OH with the funeral service to be held at 4:00 p.m., at the funeral home with Manfred Schreyer officiating.
