Patrick D. Horrigan

PATRICK D. "PAT" HORRIGAN, age 57, of New Paris, Ohio, died Wednesday October 28, 2009 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Born on May 6, 1952 near New Paris, Ohio, he was the son of the late Paul Daniel & Helen Charlene (Mull) Horrigan. Pat was a member of the class of 1970 at National Trail High School, he served in the Army National Guards at Eaton, Ohio from 1970 to 1976, he farmed in Jefferson Township in Preble County, member of the St John's Catholic Church in New Paris, Ohio, retiring in 1999 from the New Paris Water and Sewer department. Preceded in death by two brothers, Fredrick D. Horrigan in 1942 and Thomas Paul Horrigan in 1967.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Scott Daniel & Tonya Horrigan of Camden, Ohio. Brother and sister-in-law, Donald C. & Patricia Horrigan of Bowie, Maryland. Sister and brother-in-law, H. Joan & Richard Lamb of Richmond, Indiana. Grandchildren, Skyler, Rylee, Makayla and Taylan. Nieces, Megan (Brennan) Ross and Caryn Horrigan.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday October 31, 2009 at St John's Catholic Church in New Paris, Ohio with Rev J. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. A reception for the family and friends will follow the mass in the church basement.
