Patricia June Kessler

Patricia June Kessler, age 87 formerly of New Paris, Ohio passed on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Vancrest of Eaton. Pat was born on August 21, 1935, in Pulaski, Indiana the daughter of the late William Floyd & Lauretta (Tangeman) Moore. On May 26th, 1953, she married William M. Kessler. Mom could do just about anything. From making floats for us kids to making clothes to reupholstering furniture. She worked at various places. From making sail boats to Thornburg’s hot deli, and she enjoyed playing golf with her husband.

She is proceeded in death by her husband of 60 years William in 2013, also her parents, her daughter Donna Jo Schweizer in 1994, and brothers Clarence and wife Frances (McGraw) Moore, Wm Kenneth (Wilma Frame) Moore and Robert (Patricia Spegal) Moore.

They had 3 children, Donna Jo (Butch) Schweizer, Daniel E. (Pamela Jensen) Kessler, Linda A. (Ron II) Phillips. She has 3 Grandsons, Ned Schweizer, Scott (Mindy Denlinger) Schweizer and Wm Adam Phillips. Pat also has 6 Gr Grandchildren and 2 gr gr grandchildren Ned's children Wylie, Wyatt (Madison Slocum) and Brendel (Ryan) Owen their children Mia and Mason. Scott and Mindy (Delinger) their children Kaitlyn Jo, Kelsie Lynn, Karson Lee Schweizer. She is also survived by Sister In Laws Wilma (Frame) Moore, Pat (Spegal) Moore and many nieces and nephews.

We also are very grateful to Ginger (Moore) and Gene Wyrick, Joe and Donna (Lucky) Moore, and all the Tennessee family members. What you did for Mom thru the years goes above and beyond. There aren’t enough words to express how much we appreciate all you did for her. We love each one of you. Thank you to Vancrest for the care you gave Mom. We deeply appreciate all you did for her.

Graveside service held 11:00 AM Friday, December 2, 2022, at Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio
