Patricia A. "Pat" Snyder

Patricia A. "Pat" Snyder, 82, of Richmond, Indiana and formerly of New Paris, Ohio died Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Reid Hospital and Healthcare Services in Richmond. Pat was born on September 16, 1931 in New Madison, Ohio daughter of the late Harley and Martha E. (Shiverdecker) Drew. She worked for William Sweet Refuse and Eubanks Insurance in New Paris for many years. Pat loved animals and proudly supported the Help the Animals fund of Richmond.

In addition to her parents Pat is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Herschel R. Snyder in 2007; brother, Howard E. Drew and sister, Doris June Drew.

She is survived by daughter, Jody L. Snyder, Richmond; her beloved dog, Max; nieces, nephews and cousins; special great great niece and nephew, Nolan and Lauren Jane; dear friends and "adopted" children", Peggy Morgan of New Paris and "Good Ole Bo" Irvin of Richmond; special neighbors, Bob and Bernie; and Paul, Robin and Dustin.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Spring Lawn Cemetery, New Paris, with Rev. Derek White officiating.
