Opal Waddle

Opal Waddle, 81, of Lewisburg, OH, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 27, 2016. Born on December 23, 1934 in Clayhole, KY daughter of the late Stephen & Myrtle (Napier) Combs. Opal had worked as a telephone operator with Ohio Bell for 38 years. Member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Lewisburg, OH.

Preceded by her husband, Charles C. Waddle; son, Thomas G. Waddle; brothers, George Combs, Allen C. "Buck" Combs, and Tommy Combs; sisters, Stella Body and Eulene "Bunchie" Shofner.

Survived by children, Charlie (Denise) Waddle of Williamsburg, KY, Steve (Robin) Waddle of Illinois, Pam (Billy) Dennis of West Milton, OH, Kate Parris and Lisa (Don) Tucker all of Lewisburg, OH; sisters & brother-in-law, Juanita Faye Noble of Lewisburg, OH and Elaine & Mike Stephenson of Louisville, KY; brothers & sisters-in-law, Stephen "Doc" & Joann Combs of Lewisburg, OH and Don & Kathy Combs of Clayton, OH; grandchildren, great grandchildren & many Loving nieces & nephews and special friends.

Funeral Service held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at First Missionary Baptist Church, 608 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH with Don Tucker officiating. Internment held at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, OH.

Visitation held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, OH.
