Nola Marie Kessler

NOLA MARIE KESSLER, age 50 of New Paris, Ohio, died Monday, October 2, 2006 at her residence. Born on October 25, 1955 in Richmond, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late James A. & Mary L. (Russell) Walters. She was a 1974 graduate of the Richmond Senior High School, member of the Richmond VFW Post #1108 Auxiliary, and member of the American Legion Post #3313 Auxiliary at New Paris. Preceded in death by Brothers: James E. & Russell A. Walters; Step-Daughter: Monica Jo Kessler in 1979.

She is survived by Husband of 27 years: Thomas K. Kessler; Son & Daughter-in-law: James J. & Beth Kessler, Arcanum, OH; Daughter & Son-in-law: Karla K. & Matt Witte, New Paris, OH; Sister: Marsha L. Hunter, Richmond, IN; Sisters-in-law: Lora Walters Hankins, New Paris, OH, Jamaka Walters, Richmond, IN; Grandson: Nate J. Kessler; Granddaughter: Samantha J. Witte; Nieces & Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2006 at Barnes Funeral Home - 109 West Main Street - New Paris, Ohio with Pastor Kyle Herrmann officiating. Interment will be held in Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 - 7 P.M. at the funeral home.
