Nelva J. Davis

Nelva J. Davis, 77 of Camden, Ohio died Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at her residence. Nelva was born on November 1, 1940 in Sand Gap, Jackson County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Charles & Dellar (Clemmons) Coyle. She was a Home Health Caregiver and attended the Grace Brethren Community Church in West Alexandria, OH.

Preceded in death by her husband of 23 years: Ernest L. Davis, Jr. in 2000; sons: Ernest L. “Buddy” Davis III in 2003 and Johnnie Fitzpatrick in 2005; sisters: Mimie Coyle in 1938 and Gereldean Lee in 1979; brothers: Jackie Coyle and Delbert Coyle. 

Survived by children: Billie Jean Lutz of West Alexandria, OH; Lou Ann Jones of Camden, OH; Donald D. Smith of Eaton, OH; Sharon Beaty of Virginia; Trisha Lynn Russell of Laura, IN and Donnie D. Smith of Springfield, OH; sisters: Brenda Fay Barger of Franklin, OH Diana Bare of Franklin, OH and Linda Sue Morgan of Middletown, OH. brothers: Charles Coyle, Jr. of Franklin, OH; Leon Coyle of Centerville, OH; 14 grandchildren Many Great Grandchildren 

Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, OH. The Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Elbert Sorrell officiating.
