Nellie R. Tilton Shaw

Nellie R. Tilton-Shaw, 74, of Loveland, Ohio and formerly of Lewisburg, Ohio, died Friday, October 15, 2021, at Florentine Gardens in Loveland. Born on February 26,1947 in Jacksboro, Campbell County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Jake Franklin and Anna Mae (Davis) Norman.  

A 1965 graduate of Trotwood High School, Nellie was a hairdresser for over 20 years, became a paralegal and taught Karate for 25 years as a 5th degree blackbelt. She was self-driven, known to be fiercely loyal to friends and family and loved surrounding herself with both.  

In addition to her parents, Nellie was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Norman.  

Survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Robert F. & Lisa Welcome and William “Corey” Welcome; brother, Bill Norman; grandchildren, Cody Welcome, Jordan Welcome, Jake Tucker Welcome, Charles Michael Welcome and Roseanna Grace Welcome; great granddaughter, Hayden Welcome.                

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
