Nellie France Hawkins

Nellie F. Hawkins, age 84, of Eaton, Ohio died Friday, February 13, 2004 in Eaton, Ohio. She was born on April 24, 1919 in Letcher County, Ky. The daughter of the late Ed & Martha Bell Vanover France. She has lived in Preble County since 1975. Preceded in death by 1st Husband: Major Cunningham in 1968 and 2nd Husband: Warren G. Hawkins in 1975. Sisters: Iva Cunningham, Edna France, Rhoda Pope and Millie Hoover. Brothers: Hobart France and Estell France.

Survived by Sons: Claude J. Cunningham of Middletown, Ohio, James L. Cunningham of Sabina, Ohio, Roy L. Hawkins of Eaton, Ohio and Amos A. Hawkins of Nicholasville, Ky.; Daughters: Mary L. Hamilton of Clearfield, Ut., Janie Parson of Berea, Ky. and Irene Hawkins of Eaton, Ohio; 7 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.

Graveside Service will be Monday, February 16, 2004 - 1:00 P.M. at Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton, Ohio with Chaplain Kay Peacock officiating.
