Nannie Alcorn

NANNIE G. ALCORN, age 102, of Somerville, Ohio and formerly of Camden, Ohio, died Monday, October 9, 2006 at Woodland Country Manor in Somerville. Born on February 19, 1904 in Estill County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Robert & Susan (McKinney) Osborn. She attended the Somerville Pentecostal Church and is preceded in death by her husband: Wade Alcorn, daughters: Della Ditty and Ina Humphrey and son: Herbert Alcorn; brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: G. Ray & Wanda Alcorn of College Corner, Ohio, Arlie Alcorn of Camden, Manuel & Betty Alcorn of Orlando, Florida and Austin & Eleanor Alcorn of New Lebanon, Ohio; daughters: Dafon Hymer and Delma Salyers both of Eaton; sister: Bonnie Johnson of New Lebanon, Ohio; Numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren; Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 13, 2006 at the Somerville Pentecostal Church- Mound St.- Somerville, Ohio with Rev. Riley Parker officiating. Interment will be held in Highland Memorial Cemetery near Miamisburg, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 12, 2006 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the church.
