Nancy E. Waltz

NANCY E. WALTZ, 71, of Eaton, OH, died Sunday, September 16, 2012 in Oxford, OH. Born on May 21, 1941 in Oxford, OH, she was the daughter of the late Harry O. & Lucille (Tharp) Clark. Nancy was a graduate of Talawanda High School and Miami University of Ohio. She was a member of Concord United Church of Christ where she served as Secretary and sang in the church choir. A 4H advisor and worked with Head Start and was involved with the pre-school program in Fairhaven.

Preceded in death by Husband: Charles A. Waltz in 2007, infant son in 1968 and infant grandson in 2001; Brother: Jim Clark.

Survived by Sons & Daughters-in-law: Matthew W. & Heidi Waltz of Eaton, OH and Mark E. & Anastasia Waltz of Lansing, MI; Daughter & Son-in-law: Ann E. & Richard Dykes of Winfield, TN; Sisters: Becky (Bob) Pollock, College Corner, OH, Mary (Larry) Niehoff, Oxford, OH, Ruth (Dick) Keebler, Oxford, OH, Martha (Paul) Decker, Eaton, OH, Rachel (Alan) Mehl. 9 Grandchildren: Roger, Melinda, Donnie, Nate, Adrian, CeaJae, Richie, Grace and Matti. Great Grandchildren: Hayden and Alexander. Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Concord United Church of Christ - 2225 Concord Fairhaven Road - Eaton, OH with Rev. James C. Sizelove officiating. Interment will be in College Corner Cemetery – West College Corner, IN. Family will receive friends Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 4 to 7 PM at Barnes Funeral Home- 220 East Main Street- Eaton, Ohio.
