Myrtle L. Evans

MYRTLE L. EVANS, age 72, of Lewisburg, OH, died Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Born on August 28, 1932 in Livermore, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late John and Bertha (Sutherlin) Walker. She had worked all her life and was a member of the Lewisburg Church of God. She is preceded in death by a Sister: Zula Ball and a Grandson: Keith Evans.

She is survived by her Husband of 25 years: Ralph J. Evans; Sons & Daughters-in-law: James & Sue Randolph of Gordon, Ohio, Harold Baker of Eaton, Ohio, Rick & Shirley Baker of Richmond, Indiana, Jerry & Ranice Baker of Eaton, Ohio, Terry & Lisa Evans and Jeff & Ginny Evans both of Verona, Ohio and Scott & Sheila Evans of Greenville, Ohio; Daughters & Sons-in-law: Shnell Smith of Tennessee, Karen & David Hickman of Fairborn, Kay & Kip Shellabarger of Eaton, Ohio, Vicky & Kevin Mills of Lewisburg and Cindy & Phillip Dooley of Verona, Ohio; Brothers: Johnny Walker of West Milton, Ohio, Jerry Walker of Lewisburg, Ohio, Stanley Walker of Texas, Billy Walker of Alabama and Fount Walker of Kentucky; Sisters: Lois, Anna and Cathy; Special Friends: Sylvia Clegg of Lewisburg, Ohio and Gene and Linda McNew of New Paris, Ohio.Nieces, Nephews and a host of friends. 46 Grandchildren, 46 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. - Saturday, November 6, 2004 at Barnes Funeral Home - 411 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio 45338 with Rev. Linda Evans officiating. Interment will be held in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Friday, November 5, 2004 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
